Neighborhood Sports is the premier NFL Flag Football League for girls ages 7-14.Players of all skill levels, play in a quality, non-contact league, where HAVING FUN while competing is the#1 GOAL

League Information
Game Day: Sundays
Start Date: October 1st, 2023
End Date: November 11th, 2023 (playoffs) 
Weeks of Play: 7 (6 regular season games, 7th week is playoffs (all teams make playoffs (1-3 games))
Practice: 1 weekday practice

Neighborhood Sports State Tournament: November 18th, 2023
Each division winner will advance to the Neighborhood Sports State Tournament that will be taking place Saturday November 18th, 2023.

Players can Register individually, with friends, or as a Team

NFL Flag Football Age Brackets (based on player age as of January 1st, 2023)
All Girls NFL Flag Football Divisions: 7-8 yr old, 9-10 yr old, 11-12 yr old, 13-14 yr old, 15-17 yr old
