Neighborhood Sports is the premier NFL Flag Football League for girls ages 7-17.Players of all skill levels, play in a quality, non-contact league, where HAVING FUN while competing is the#1 GOAL

League Information
Game Day: Sundays
Start Date: March 26th, 2023
End Date: May 14th, 2023 (playoffs)
Weeks of Play: 7 (6 regular season games, 7th week is playoffs (all teams make playoffs (1-3 games))
Practice: 1 weekday practice

Players can Register individually, with friends, or as a Team

NFL Flag Football Age Brackets (based on player age as of January 1st, 2023)
All Girls NFL Flag Football Divisions: 7-8 yr old, 9-10 yr old, 11-12 yr old, 13-14 yr old, 15-17 yr old
