League Information
Game Day: Sundays
Start Date: October 1st, 2023
End Date: November 12th, 2023 (playoffs)
Weeks of Play: 7 (6 regular season games, 7th week is playoffs (all teams make playoffs (1-3 games))
Practice: 1 weekday practice

Neighborhood Sports State Tournament: November 18th, 2023
Each division winner will advance to the Neighborhood Sports State Tournament that will be taking place Saturday November 18th, 2023.

Players can Register individually, with friends, or as a Team

Football Age Brackets (based on player age as of January 1st, 2023)
NFL Flag Football Co-ed Grade Divisions: 3-4 yr olds (Instructional), 5-6 yr olds, 7-8 yr old, 9-10 yr olds, 11-12 yr olds, 13-14 yr olds, 15-17 yr olds
Girls Only NFL Flag Football Divisions: 7-8 yr olds, 9-10 yr olds, 11-12 yr olds, 13-14 yr olds, 15/17 yr olds

3-4yr Olds Rookie Instructional: The new Rookie Instructional Spring program includes 6 weeks of instruction (6x45 min sessions, Sunday mornings). Every player receives a league t-shirt, set of flags, certificate and medal at the end of the program. Our Rookie Instructional program is for 3&4 year olds. (There are no games for this age group just practice sessions, if you think your child is ready for games you can always sign them up for the regular 5/6 division)
